Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage global learning programs, including New Employee Experience / onboarding, leadership development, technical upskilling, and professional skills training
Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into effective learning solutions
Manage and optimize learning platforms, ensuring high adoption, quality content, and measurable outcomes
Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously refine offerings based on insights
Support career development initiatives, including learning pathways, mentoring, and internal mobility
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that support company culture, values, and business priorities
Lead global engagement initiatives such as surveys and action planning and culture-building campaigns
Analyze engagement data and trends across; partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to drive targeted, practical improvements
Support change management and communications related to learning, engagement, and organizational initiatives
Work effectively across time zones and cultures, adapting programs to meet local needs while maintaining global consistency
Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and leaders on learning, succession and engagement best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or talent development, preferably in an IT or software environment
Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
Familiarity with learning technologies, digital learning tools, and engagement platforms, LMS administration (Absorb preferred)
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Culturally aware and adaptable
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Passion for learning, employee experience, and organizational culture
