Confidential company is seeking a Senior Plan Document Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will help create and update retirement plan documents while ensuring compliance with current regulations by collaborating with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Plan design and document consulting, including being the lead on consultative plan design calls with plan sponsors and advisors as part of the implementation/installation process on an ongoing basis
Document preparation, including plan restatements and board resolutions
Proactive follow up and coordination with all plan players regarding plan design and provisions
Consult with Plan Sponsors regarding discretionary amendments and preparation of requested amendments
Preparation of mandatory interim amendments

Required

Experience drafting plan documents and participant communications
Ability to provide consultative feedback related to the establishment, design, and ongoing administration
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent client service/communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
Superb analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly motivated
Ability to effectively prioritize, as well as manage and execute tasks

QKA preferred
FT William plan document experience preferred
