Responsibilities
Enterprise firewall engineering with Palo Alto firewalls
Ticket-based firewall requests, rule changes, and troubleshooting
Panorama and Palo Alto device updates and maintenance
Internal and external audit support (PCI, MIC)
Troubleshooting “firewall blocking traffic” incidents
Monthly maintenance activities
Support and mentor junior network administrators
General network switching support as required
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in any two (2) of the following technology stacks: Cisco (Routing & Switching, Voice, Wireless, SD-WAN), Palo Alto (Firewalls, Panorama, Security Operations), Aruba (Wireless, ClearPass, Switching)
Strong understanding of network fundamentals: VLANs, trunking, NICs, IP addressing
Ability to collaborate across Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Comfortable supporting enterprise environments with ticket-driven and project-based work
CCNA-level knowledge required (higher certifications preferred)
Enterprise firewall engineering with Palo Alto firewalls
Ticket-based firewall requests, rule changes, and troubleshooting
Panorama and Palo Alto device updates and maintenance
Internal and external audit support (PCI, MIC)
Troubleshooting 'firewall blocking traffic' incidents
Monthly maintenance activities
Support and mentor junior network administrators

Palo Alto Certified Engineer (required)
5+ years of enterprise firewall engineering experience
Primarily office-based role with limited travel
