Responsibilities

The Product Engineer supports the T901 Assembly manufacturing processes
The T901 Product Engineer ensures expectations on safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy
Address product non-conformances, MRB & PR, repairs, and design change requests
Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with quality and design resources to support APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
Explains technical information to others

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceProblem analysisProject managementCommunication skillsTechnical documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) + 3 years of experience in Manufacturing

Preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
