Responsibilities
Collaborate with staff to reimagine Arts of Life’s volunteer and intern programs by developing recruitment, application, onboarding, and training processes
Support volunteer and intern development, retention, and engagement
Identify organizational needs that can be met by volunteers
Build and maintain partnerships with universities and other recruitment sources
Organize and maintain volunteer, partnership, and project data
Streamline workflows and create user-friendly systems to track progress and outcomes
Support recruited volunteers and test or refine systems before transitioning them to staff for ongoing implementation
