Responsibilities
Maintains a stable, safe, and reliable network for employees
Prioritizes end-user support and ensures ability to perform duties is not limited or hindered by technology
Maintains all technology resources, including equipment, tools, and programs
Ensures consistent and reliable functionality of backups and data
Patches PCs, ensures proper installations, and provides general endpoint support
Troubleshoots issues with Viewpoint and other software. Consults with software support departments as needed to resolve issues
Monitors, reviews, and maintains IT solutions as required to meet business needs
Implements and enforces IT policies and procedures
Ensures security of data, network access, and backup systems
Performs additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or GED
Two (2) years of IT/IS experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to always manage sensitive and confidential information
Good organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to carry at least 20 pounds occasionally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in technology or similar field
Construction industry experience
Previous experience using Viewpoint
Well-rounded knowledge of IT infrastructure
Datto RMM experience
Psec site to site VPN tunnels
Experience with MS Hyper V virtual servers
Active Directory management and group policy configuration
Cisco/Meraki network configuration and maintenance
Familiar with Backup and Replication technologies. Unitrends
Powershell knowledge
