Responsibilities
Performing routine chemical and physical testing for process and quality control
Sample preparation
Analysis using lab instrumentation (pH meters, viscometers, density meters)
Accurate data recording
Ensuring compliance with ISO and safety standards
Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment
Troubleshooting instrument issues
Working with laboratory information systems
Flexibility with shifts and overtime is required to meet business demands
Qualification
Required
3 - 4 years of experience in a chemical or analytical lab environment
Proficient with lab instrumentation (pH meters, density meters, viscometers, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HPLC and GC operations
Familiarity with ISO standards and laboratory safety practices
Experience with instrument calibration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and some overtime
