Work closely with Physician Network clinics
Qualification
Required
Certified medical biller
Previous experience in collections
Insurance claim troubleshooting experience
Posting patient and insurance payments experience
Understanding of explanation of benefits (EOB)
Knowledge of collection process
Ability to keep accounts receivable (A/R) at an acceptable percentage
Excellent communication skills
Experience in medical billing
Experience in accounts receivable
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding
Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding
