Responsibilities
Own the strategy for our SNF product to win the market: Find product market fit for Sage in the SNF market, building a product that maximizes customer and business value
Conduct user and market research to understand customer needs
Identify critical levers to win the market and draft a product strategy to win
Establish key metrics tied to overall business outcomes to measure success
Execute on launches and drive results:
Partner closely with analytics, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to unblock development and bring new features and products to market
Measure the impact of launches and drive results that demonstrate Sage's ROI
Wear multiple hats and assist Marketing, Sales, and Operations in GTM
Executive communication: Represent the SNF product, sharing progress and next steps with executives. Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Craft the long term vision for how Sage can provide value to our SNF customers
Conduct analyses to size new opportunities and investments
Partner with Design and other stakeholders to paint a vision that inspires team members and customers
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of PM experience launching high quality products
Experience crafting multi-year strategies to win the market
Ability to execute on launches, go-to-market strategy, monetization projects, etc
Can incorporate user and market research, new advances in technology, and relevant policy / regulatory information into a compelling story and vision
Extreme sense of ownership and scrappy with limited resources
Experience working across other product teams and commercial teams
Preferred
Industry experience: healthcare, B2B, hardware / IoT
