Designing and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies

Enhancing recruitment technology capabilities to drive talent acquisition effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in strategy implementation, process optimization, and evaluating organizational needs
Experience with AI systems, automation tools, and software development
Strong ability to interpret and analyze real-time hiring and candidate signals
Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting
Preferred
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and strategies is a plus
