Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and manage automated emails and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage CRM-integrated campaigns and data flows between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Design and maintain complex audience segmentation using Contact Builder and SQL
Execute lifecycle marketing programs including lead nurture, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
Ensure data integrity, consent management, and regulatory compliance
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and journey performance
Implement personalization, dynamic content, AMPscript, and testing strategies
Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous optimization initiatives
Provide guidance and enablement to marketing team members on SFMC best practices and capabilities
Coordinate with external vendors or agency partners as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, analytics, or related field preferred
4-6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Advanced experience building emails, journeys, automations, and data extensions
Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SQL
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT, Analytics)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple automation workflows simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data and reporting tools
