Responsibilities
Work directly in a US Army R&D organization specializing in radar systems
Interface directly with scientists and engineers to advance the state of technology of modern radars used for counterfire target acquisition, active protection, and aerial surveillance
Implement and evaluate the performance of advanced signal and data processing algorithms within a robust simulation environment which models the data processing chain of a major US Army radar system
Report to various engineering team leads
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible for a government security clearance which requires proof of US citizenship
Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Physics
Rising Junior or Senior preferably
Experience programming with MATLAB
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred
Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and radar fundamentals
Experience in signal and data processing
Self-driven and motivated
Experience with Python
Should have strong written and interpersonal communication skills
