Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and program status within internal and third-party tracking systems
Track project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and deadlines, escalating issues before they reach critical status
Prepare and distribute internal and external project-related correspondence
Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
Develop, maintain, and audit complete project and program documentation for accuracy and integrity
Generate ad hoc and recurring reports for management as requested
Provide general administrative and office support, including vendor coordination, supply ordering, shipping, and event support
Assist with office operations such as utilities, service vendors, and payments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
1–3 years of experience in project coordination in telecom
Sitetracker experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables strongly preferred) and PowerPoint
Ability to quickly learn project management and tracking systems
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
