Compliance Specialist, APP Collaborative Agreements
Sound Physicians is a nationally respected, physician-led medical group practicing in over 400 hospitals across the United States. The Compliance Specialist, APP (CSAPP) is responsible for handling administrative tasks related to compliance management of collaborative agreements for working APPs, ensuring all necessary documents and agreements are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Remaining compliant with active and accurate collaborative agreements for all working APPs
Pre-filling agreement and all forms necessary prior to sending to clinician, site and/or licensing board
Requesting and facilitating the return of complete and accurate documents
Ensuring that a current copy of the collaborative agreement has been received
Ensuring all items needed for compliance are accounted for and available via Salesforce
Maintaining required database(s) (Salesforce & Owl), as needed
Uploading all documents into designated databases as outlined in the department’s policies and procedures
Escalating any “concerns” to Director
Effectively communicating all updates to the appropriate parties: Privileging Consultant, Privileging Team Lead, Privileging Manager, Permanent Recruiter, APP Compliance Business Analyst, Director of Compliance and Audit
Creating and maintaining strong internal relationships with all stakeholders: Privileging Consultant, Privileging Leadership Team, APP Compliance Business Analyst, Director of Compliance and Audit, Regional Director of Advance Practice Providers, and VP of Advance Practice Providers
Partnering effectively with the compliance associate
Additional related projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Experience or strong understanding of hospital privileging or credentialing
Strong attention to detail
Experience with document systems such as Docusign, Adobe PDF, Nitro PDF pro etc
Prior experience in a similar administrative role
