Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level support for enterprise systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance
Plan, execute, and document complex system configurations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities to ensure smooth operations
Implement performance tuning, monitoring system trends to identify and proactively address potential issues
Work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and end-users to share information, resolve problems, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Create and review detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities to ensure consistency and compliance
Assist in leveraging modern AI capabilities, including generative AI and neural networks, integrating these tools into business solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Support system security protocols and safeguard enterprise systems' stability, availability, and integrity across various domains such as networks, databases, and storage
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of application support experience within an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years in IT or operations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and web technologies including JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL data sources
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with AI, neural networks, and deep learning fundamentals is a plus
