Required

Strong Medicaid experience
Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS

Preferred

Experience with mainframe modernization or migration projects
Exposure to distributed systems or APIs
Banking, insurance, or financial domain experience
Knowledge of tools like Endevor, Changeman, File-Aid, Abend-Aid
Knowledge of VSAM, IMS
