Responsibilities
Coach and support 2–3 Scrum teams across varying team sizes and delivery models (co-located and distributed)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Enable effective collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Identify and remove impediments or guide teams in resolving them
Ensure adherence to Definition of Done (DoD) and Agile best practices
Partner with Product and Technical leads to refine and manage backlogs
Improve transparency, communication, and information flow across teams
Track and interpret Agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of dedicated full-time experience as a Scrum Master
Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps practices
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Preferred
Scrum certification preferred
Experience supporting Data or Analytics teams is a plus
