Responsibilities
Design, build, and measure multimedia-rich learning solutions using video, modern authoring tools, and dashboards
Translate SME content into engaging, practical learning experiences
Build dashboards and reports to evaluate learning effectiveness
Create engaging, multimedia-rich learning solutions (video, graphics, interactive content)
Support multiple learning platforms (Degreed, SharePoint, NovoEd, SumTotal)
Scale learning programs quickly to meet increasing demand from the business
Qualification
Required
Learning Experience / Instructional Design background (5–7 years)
Strong expertise in adult learning principles and solution design
Ability to translate SME content into engaging, practical learning experiences
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Platform
Ability to build dashboards and reports to evaluate learning effectiveness
Analytics-driven mindset (measurement, sustainment, impact)
Strong video capture and editing skills
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially video tools)
Experience with modern authoring tools like dominKnow
Experience delivering training via LXP and LMS platforms: Degreed, SharePoint, NovoEd, SumTotal
Familiarity with live sessions, blended learning, and role-based training
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management abilities
Comfortable working as a self-starter with minimal supervision
Collaborative, able to work with diverse teams both onsite and virtually
Some administrative experience to support learning operations
