Responsibilities
Control room position is critical to ensure that the required 24/7 support of release monitoring is maintained
Role is needed to meet SLAs for Production release monitoring and lower lane environment management activities
It is essential to build, execute, track and deploy AutoSys related jobs and monitor day today activities in lower lanes for functional, regression and performance testing

Experience with hosting and coordinating web-based meetings, status calls, communication and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams
Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures with instructional materials
Analytical thinking with the ability to make suggestions to improve operational efficiency
Experience in Testing (manual/Automation)
Experience in Release management process
Hands on experience in JIRA, Horizon tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Having knowledge on Scrum, Agile methodology
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Outlook and Communication tools
Detailed investigation on Defects and issues
