Sr. Principal Flight Test Lead

They are seeking a Sr. Principal Flight Test Lead to support the successful completion of flight test events and perform integration and verification testing to ensure system performance according to design specifications.

Responsibilities
Support the successful completion of flight test events, platform integration laboratory testing events, and the associated analysis of test data
Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specifications, and/or requirements
Perform data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results
Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems
Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages
Support field testing for land and shipboard testing
Able to work in a high-paced environment
Generate CR, CN, or VARs, complete data package and take to board (ERB/CCB)
Monitor / manage upcoming tasks; assign resources (working knowledge of Microsoft Project)
Collaborate actively with CAM, IPT, TA, CE, and attend weekly meetings to provide status and needs
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
Experience with integration at multiple levels of build
Integration, build, and test processes experience
Experience leading a team
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action, and/or fault tree analysis
A strong advocate for process improvement
Experience executing program gate activities (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
1553 reprogramming experience
Flight test experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Integration troubleshooting
Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues
Experience creating integration and verification strategies
Technician experience working on military platforms, such as Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground Based, and ship-based platforms
Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms
Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)
Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution. Preference for experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test execution
