Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings accurately
Follow quality control procedures to ensure reliable and precise results
Maintain laboratory records, logs, and documentation in compliance with regulations
Adherent to laboratory safety protocols, infection control, and OSHA standards
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and test discrepancies
Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other applicable regulatory requirements
