Responsibilities
Establish, refine, and enforce project management governance and methodologies; build, train, and support SOPs, systems, logistics, inventories, and assets
Operate as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; own the project calendar and provide regular status reports and manage expectations
Proactively identify, inform, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while delivering projects
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams including creative, merchandising, product, shipping, and engineering
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Program Management experience or equivalent
3+ years of experience supporting creative development
Advanced Proficiency in Jira administration (e.g., configuring custom issue types, permission schemes, and automation rules)
Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Confluence, Slack, and Google, Microsoft, and Adobe Suites
Proven track record in e-commerce, digital product, or consumer tech environments
Strong technical understanding of web, app, and system integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently and in group environments
Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
