Responsibilities
Write, edit, and proofread a range of employee communications, newsletters, and informational materials for internal distribution
Regularly assess and publish content on communication vehicles (Intranet, newsletters, email, social media, etc.), to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and availability of fresh, updated content
Contribute to the planning, delivery and measurement of internal communication plans to help support the execution of company strategies and increase employee engagement
Regularly publish content on communication vehicles (Intranet, newsletters, email, social media, etc.) to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and availability of fresh, updated content
Analyze distribution metrics to measure communication effectiveness
Coordinate distribution and tracking of communications, to build appropriate audience profiles and lists and ensures timely delivery and follow-up
Assist with development and distribution of surveys and the solicitation of feedback from employees to help in measuring employee satisfaction and engagement and evaluating the results of communications plans, campaigns and strategies
Provide recommendations to improve internal communications by tracking employee understanding and retention, and summarizing employee satisfaction surveys
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in an internal communications function
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications or English
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of core internal communications strategies
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment with a client-centric focus, and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
Experience working in consulting or professional services
Developing content for the intranet (SharePoint)
