Responsibilities
Develop expertise in Good Documentation Practices to support test documentation, reporting, and data retention
Act as subject matter expert for company PLM system usage
Upload and maintain accurate data and documentation in PLM system
Assist in maintaining compliance with company documentation, data, and training procedures
Support general requests related to lab equipment, maintenance, and tracking of fixtures and tools
Assist with ordering lab supplies and stationery required for day to day operations
Qualification
Required
Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Test documentation and data management
PLM system knowledge
Document upload and control
Equipment and tool tracking
Inventory, supplies, and stationery ordering
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to guide and support team members
