Responsibilities
Develop PLC-based industrial control solutions to meet customer requirements
Select system hardware (PLCs, HMIs, industrial electronics)
Program PLCs (primarily Rockwell Automation; Siemens/Beckhoff a plus)
Create custom HMI screens (FactoryTalk View ME & SE)
Work with industrial networks: EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Ethernet, database connectivity
Design control panels, power distribution (480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC), and wiring schematics
Report regularly on project progress, cost, and performance
Perform in-house platform testing
Lead commissioning of control systems at customer sites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electrical Engineering Technology, or Associate's in Electrical Technology
3-5+ years' industrial controls experience
Strong Rockwell Automation programming background
