Supports the Sr. Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance coordination and vendor oversight for the client and the building
Helps ensure building systems function effectively
Service requests are resolved promptly
Ensures the property remains safe, clean and well maintained
Assists with inspections, tenant services, and financial aspects
Coordinates service providers
Manages work orders
Assists with budgeting, invoices and reporting
Contributes to continuous improvement of building operations
Qualification
Required
