The ideal candidate will support early-stage development, testing, and manufacturing builds while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on PCB testing and assembly for complex electronic boards
Support breadboard and early prototype development, including functional validation
Read and interpret PCB schematics and layout drawings
Coordinate PCB fabrication and assembly with suppliers and contract manufacturers
Develop and execute test plans, document results, and validate designs
Create and maintain design documentation, test reports, and BOMs
Support ongoing manufacturing, rework, and repeat builds
Troubleshoot PCB-level issues and perform root cause analysis
Handle soldering, de-soldering, probing, and component replacement
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of hands-on experience in PCB testing and assembly
Strong experience with electrical lab equipment, including: Power Supplies, Digital Multimeters (DMM), Oscilloscopes, Function Generators
Expertise in troubleshooting PCB boards and components
Experience with test documentation, validation, and BOM management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing and production builds
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with hardware, design, and manufacturing teams
