Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business processes across multiple enterprise applications to support ongoing operations and enhancements
Provide Tier 3 production support by troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with development teams
Perform system testing, validate bug fixes, and test enhancements prior to production release
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test scripts and documentation
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Lead and track stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication
Create and manage Jira stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and technical details
Maintain and update Agile boards to reflect progress, priorities, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Active Top-Secret Clearance (TS/SCI eligible required)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (internships may be considered) in Business Analysis, QA Testing, or related roles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with system testing, test script creation, and validation processes
Proficiency using Atlassian Jira for story creation, tracking, and Agile workflow management
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements clearly and effectively
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise applications, production support environments, or federal programs is a plus
