8+ Years leading Agile Sprints, Backlog Grooming, and PI Planning
8+ Years of full-lifecycle mastery (SDLC & PMLC) from analysis to deployment
8+ Years tracking full project budgets and entering actuals in tracking tools
Qualification
Required
PMP (Active)
Must be available for 100% onsite work in Austin, TX
8+ Years of IT Project Management with a focus on Data Solutions (Warehouses, Lakes, SOA)
Active PMP Certification (Minimum 3 years held)
8+ Years leading Agile Sprints, Backlog Grooming, and PI Planning
8+ Years of full-lifecycle mastery (SDLC & PMLC) from analysis to deployment
8+ Years tracking full project budgets and entering actuals in tracking tools
Preferred
6+ years within Healthcare/Public Health (Texas HHS experience highly preferred)
Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple state IT departments
Prior success in RFP creation and vendor selection for large-scale IT outsourcing
Direct experience managing relationship activities with State of Texas TSS Sprint Teams
