Human Resources Consultant
Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves partnering with executive leadership to build and scale People operations, designing and implementing HR systems, and providing strategic guidance across the employee life cycle.

Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership at start-up and growth-stage companies to build and scale People operations
Design and implement Human Resources systems, processes, and programs from the ground up
Provide strategic Human Resources guidance across the full employee life cycle
Manage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
Develop and maintain compensation structures using market data and job analyses
Oversee employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Fluency in Mandarin is required
Experience supporting multiple client organizations simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, compliance, and risk mitigation
Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
