Responsibilities
Lead the change management and adoption strategy for high-impact initiatives and enterprise system implementation
Write, manage, and support communication efforts for major change initiatives as well as day-to-day organizational communication needs
Partner closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities are aligned, coordinated, and harmonized across the organization
Identify risks, resistance points, and gaps in adoption, developing corrective action plans to address challenges proactively
Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated change delivery and adoption plan for critical initiatives
Create communication materials and key messages, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality change deliverables
Ensure messages reach the right audiences at the right time through appropriate communication channels
Evangelize the purpose of change by clearly articulating the benefits and value of planned initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or adoption strategy
Demonstrated ability to build and execute effective change strategies for complex initiatives
Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, metrics, and adoption indicators
Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to organizational objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
