Responsibilities
Create, monitor and maintain loan documentation ticklers
Track outstanding documents tied to collateral and insurance to prevent risks such as unsecured collateral or expired insurance
Manage and audit loan tickler systems for accuracy
Support call center by processing service tickets in Salesforce
Build strong relationships with leasing partners
Work independently while managing multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma OR GED
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of loan documentation or related financial services experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience monitoring outstanding documents and ensuring compliance
Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work on any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Preferred
Experience in Small Business Credit Operations
Salesforce knowledge
Familiarity with leasing or term loan products
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
