Compiler Performance Testing Automation Engineer
Mindlance is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer for their shader compiler team. The role involves building and maintaining automated performance testing to detect performance regressions and enable data-driven compiler optimization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation pipelines using Jenkins or other tools
Write and support automation scripts on Windows platforms
Automate compiler performance testing (static analysis and various workloads: PIX, GFXR, game benchmarks and some internal traces)
Integrate ML, GPU, and graphics-related workloads into regression testing
Collect, analyze, and report performance results across hardware and compiler versions
Collaborate with compiler, performance, and infrastructure teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Computer Science or a related field
Absolutely required hands-on experience with Jenkins and Python scripting
Strong experience working in Windows environments
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and performance testing
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred
Experience with compiler performance analysis, GPU programming, or ML workloads
Familiarity with video game or graphics pipelines
Experience with performance profiling or benchmarking tools
C/C++ experience
