Responsibilities
Act as SME on Good Documentation Practices
Support test documentation, reporting, and data retention activities
Serve as subject matter expert for company PLM system usage
Upload and maintain documentation and data in PLM system
Assist in maintaining compliance with company documentation, data, and training procedures
Support scheduling of equipment-related training sessions
Assist with general equipment, maintenance, and tracking requests
Ensure compliance with policies for equipment, fixtures, and tools
Qualification
Required
Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Test documentation and data management
PLM system expertise
Data upload and document control
Equipment, fixtures and tool tracking
Training coordination and compliance
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to guide and support team members
