Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or higher
Deliver hands-on techno-functional expertise across Maximo 7.6+ and MAS 8/9 environments
Execute and support MAS Health & Monitor solutions for enterprise asset health, monitoring, and performance
Drive enhancement activities for a high-complexity MAS solution with multiple add-ons
Lead end-to-end Maximo implementations for manufacturing environments, including configuration, customization, testing, and go-live
Support and enhance asset management processes including maintenance, reliability, monitoring, and reporting
Work closely with business, IT, and third-party stakeholders to design and deliver MAS epics using an Agile delivery model
Manage MAS integrations, non-functional requirements, and performance considerations
Utilize DB2 for Maximo database operations and performance support
Leverage Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint execution, and release tracking
Provide technical leadership and guidance to high-performing delivery teams
Conduct requirement gathering, design walkthroughs, and acceptance workshops with client stakeholders
Support training and knowledge transfer for Maximo users in manufacturing environments
Collaborate with infrastructure teams on middleware, database, and server planning
Ensure adherence to delivery milestones and provide status reporting to client and TCS leadership
Support multi-plant deployments with frequent, short-notice travel across US manufacturing sites
Ensure compliance with customer standards, security policies, and operational requirements
