Responsibilities
Take apart and remove telecom & electronic equipment
Label, inventory, and take photos of removed materials
Sort and palletize equipment for transport or recycling
Use hand and power tools safely on job sites
Follow safety and environmental guidelines
Work with a small field team; travel as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in telecom decommissioning, electronics teardown, recycling, or field service
Comfortable using hand & power tools
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Detail-oriented and reliable team player
Preferred
Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience
Experience working in data centers or telecom sites
