Technical Program Manager III, Generative AI, Search

Responsibilities
Define, scope, and manage the AI projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope. Build detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with other teams which work on AI projects, ensuring synergy through coordinated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. Facilitate meetings and reviews to drive decision-making and alignment
Introduce best practices for reproducitibility, data/model versioning, experimentation tracking, and agile methodology in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience managing machine learning or artificial intelligence programs
Experience in software development, evaluation methodologies, or machine learning models
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience in high performance serving systems
Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, or deep learning
Experience with quantitative analysis, cost-effectiveness assessment techniques, and data quality metrics for AI products
