Technical Integration Specialist

This role is crucial for supporting customers with system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining a high uptime of their platform.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving APIs, authentication workflows, data syncs, and system configurations
Analyze and interpret API logs (JSON/XML), server logs, and payloads to identify root causes of failures or unexpected behavior
Create database conversions and data validation tasks to ensure accurate and reliable migration between systems
Assist customers with SaaS platform configuration, connectivity setup, and environment optimization
Maintain unwavering compliance with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and NACHA standards for payment processing and data exchange, ensuring our platform exceeds industry security benchmarks
Contribute strategic insights to product roadmap discussions based on client feedback and market trends, helping shape the future of LenderPay's integration capabilities
Advanced knowledge of secure network configurations, including VPN tunnel setup, network routing, and SFTP file transfer protocols specifically for financial data exchange
Engage in dynamic technical problem-solving
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers with integration-related questions or issues
Conduct troubleshooting calls, explain features and functions, and coach customers on best practices
Manage incoming support requests through ticketing tools and respond promptly with high-quality resolutions
Serve as final escalation point for unresolved technical issues passed from Tier I and Tier II support, often under time-critical conditions with significant business impact
Provide “white glove” customer service
Work closely with internal teams—including product, engineering, QA, and support—to escalate bugs, share insights, and ensure efficient case resolution
Communicate integration requirements and technical constraints
Help maintain and improve documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials
Assist in supporting and explaining AI-driven features to clients in a clear and accessible manner
Help validate and refine AI-enabled workflows by analyzing behavior, identifying potential issues, and communicating those patterns to product teams

Required

5+ years of technical support, implementation, onboarding, or integration experience
Strong understanding of APIs, REST concepts, authentication methods, and API debugging tools (e.g., Postman)
Ability to read and interpret log files, including system, application, and API logs
Experience with database conversions, data mapping, and basic SQL queries
Comfortable with SaaS configuration, environment setup, and integration workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics; calm and solution-focused under pressure
Demonstrated customer service and client-facing troubleshooting experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
General awareness of security requirements and SOC 2
Enjoys working in cross-functional, customer-centric environments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred

Familiarity with AI-powered tools, machine-learning-enabled features, or large-language-model interfaces
