Responsibilities
Build scalable data pipelines from multiple sources
Implement ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analysis
Develop and optimize SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures
Configure data warehousing solutions (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and governance
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows
Document processes and create repeatable standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years in data engineering
Proficiency in SQL, Python
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of data warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Familiar with PowerBI, Tableau, or QuickSight, but not a primary focus
Experience in mission-driven or membership-based organizations
