Required

License to practice architecture in the State of California
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
Experience with project documentation standards and construction workflows
Extensive experience in managing the integration of design standards and construction protocols into project delivery processes, including the development of scoping documents, cost estimates, and project budgets
Comprehensive understanding of building systems and design principles, with specialized expertise in the implementation and enforcement of institutional design guidelines and project management manuals
Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory and organizational standards into practical tools, workflows, and documentation that guide project teams throughout the planning, design, and construction lifecycle
Proven ability to assess project documentation for compliance with established guidelines and to recommend corrective actions or alternative approaches to ensure alignment with institutional goals
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, and compliance officers
Skilled in identifying gaps in adherence to standards and facilitating resolution through training, documentation updates, and process improvements
Advanced proficiency in project review platforms such as Bluebeam, and in data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to generate actionable insights and compliance reports
Expert knowledge of planning, design and construction procedures, industry practices, and / or highly developed expertise in a highly specialized and critical discipline
