Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain large‑scale network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN, WAN, VPN, and data center environments to ensure high availability and performance
Manage and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), VLANs, STP, and other core network technologies
Oversee network monitoring and alerting through tools like SolarWinds, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of infrastructure issues
Support DNS management, load balancer configurations, and cloud networking/connectivity across hybrid environments
Perform network testing, validation, and documentation while ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in network engineering, operations, and large‑scale infrastructure management
Strong hands‑on expertise in routing, switching, firewall technologies, and network troubleshooting as required by the client
Proficiency with DNS management, load balancers, cloud networking, and enterprise‑grade network hardware to meet client expectations
