They are offering a summer internship for students, where the intern will provide support for the After Sales and Warranty Teams, assisting with various tasks including drafting service bulletins and participating in quality review meetings.

Responsibilities
Assist Product Support and Warranty team in drafting service bulletins and engineering change requests
Participate in Quality review meetings and follow up on assigned actions with each department
Assisting with audits of finished trucks and provide feedback to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams
Assist with scanning warranty documentation
Assist with PDI and Warranty registration processes
Qualification
Required
Be currently enrolled in college level coursework for Business Administration or related field, preferably at Junior level or higher
Previous experience in self-motivation and leadership
Preferably some previous work/classroom experience in similar tasks
Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Good written and oral communication skills
Comfortable working with cross functional teams
Detailed orientated and creative working style
