Onsite Event Supervisor | Bell Harbor International Conference Center

As an Onsite Event Supervisor, you will lead the Onsite Event Assistant team, managing guest interactions, scheduling, and ensuring building security while fostering strong community relationships.

Responsibilities
Maintains up to date information of on property events and serves as the lead for the department, working directly with clients and guests as a representative of the planning and service team
Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within pre-established times
Coordinates requests through property intranet service (Microsoft Teams)
Communicates key updates and information to team members and management in a timely manner
Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
Carefully documents the details of shift through logs and other reports for continuity
Maintains a close working relationship with local police and security services
Ensures unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter common areas
Manages permissions to enter, contractor and vendor logistics, visitors and guests through property intranet
Maintains a clean, neat, organized and orderly offices and desks at all times
Responds to all client and guest’s requests in an expeditious, courteous and professional manner
Responds to all emails within 24 hours
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service roles required
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, AM, PM and third shift as necessary
The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
