Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users running Windows 11 and macOS
Troubleshoot and configure Microsoft Office 365 email and related applications
Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with jobsite technology setup and troubleshooting as needed
Create, update, and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
Repair, replace, or coordinate replacement of defective IT equipment
Develop training materials and procedures, and train users on proper hardware/software use
Support general IT operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum Associate's Degree (A.S.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of prior help desk or IT support experience
Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong customer service mindset with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Ability to troubleshoot effectively both in person and remotely
Preferred
Experience with Office 365 administration a plus
Relevant IT certification(s) a plus
