Responsibilities
Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process. Validate part lists are complete, current prices match and ensure documentation is included and supports requested changes
Identify outliers and be able to investigate and escalate issues to resolution
Forecasting: Manage specific council’s Material Place Holders (forecast tool). Conduct monthly 1on1 reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure a robust forecast for raw materials, and assist in month-end activities related to updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS)
Publish reports, understand the reports you publish and be able to answer questions
Qualification
Required
Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education
Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months)
Very limited (0 to 3 months)
Must have demonstrated strong experience with Excel – specifically functions like VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work with team
Strong Analytical Skills
Good Organizational Skills
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
A degree is required for this position (Technical Degree, Associates Degree, or 4-Year Degree will all be accepted)
