New Grad, Entry LevelCollabany is an early-stage SaaS startup preparing to launch a refined MVP. They are hiring a Backend Developer to help strengthen and scale their backend systems as they move toward production readiness.

Responsibilities
Improve and maintain the backend codebase
Help ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability
Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and go-to-market teammates
Support integrations and backend workflows as user demand grows
Qualification
Required
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Git-based workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and interest in backend architecture
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred
Prior startup or MVP experience is a plus
