They are seeking a Software Developer to support and enhance mission-critical systems, contributing to the design, building, and evolution of software solutions that support manufacturing and operations.

Responsibilities
Build, modify, and support internal applications
Write, test, debug, and document code
Work directly with users to gather requirements and come up with solutions
Participate in code reviews and testing
Help track work and deliver features through completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
Real-world experience as a software developer
Working knowledge of modern web frameworks (React and/or Blazor) plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to write reliable, maintainable code and pay attention to details
Comfortable working with users and teammates in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
.NET / C# experience
Database and T-SQL experience
Experience in enterprise or manufacturing environments
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and good UI/UX instincts
