Responsibilities
Report directly to the founding team to help Openlayer expand its core product
Work closely with design to ship first-class, web-native UI experiences
Implement complex UI/UX with React, design and build creative animations and interactions in code, and improve codebase health by instituting latest best practices
Define a technical roadmap for product that turns customer problems into solutions
Help grow the team and elevate design within the company
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a deep understanding of React
Bonus for experience in Vite and/or Next.js
Passion for AI systems and developer experience
Ability to drive projects from idea to completion with no hand-holding
