Maintaining proper documentation in the computerized medical record
Managing record requests between referring veterinary clinics and specialty practices
Acting as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers
Proficient in all the clinic's protocols
Qualification
Required
Has experience with a focus on client services and satisfaction
Must maintain a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service always
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Strong computer skills

Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
