Responsibilities
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
Manage invoice intake, approvals, and payment scheduling
Execute vendor payments (ACH, wire, check) in accordance with approval workflows
Maintain organized AP documentation and audit-ready records
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Communicate professionally with vendors regarding billing and payment status
Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Assist with 1099 tracking and vendor documentation (W-9 collection) as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts payable experience (contract or in-house)
Strong understanding of AP workflows and internal controls
Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Experience supporting U.S. and/or international vendors is a plus
